Valuations
Please read through the different valuations available and consider the type that best suits your needs, as we offer three primary options:
Probate Valuation

A probate valuation is based on the fair market and scrap value of the jewellery at the time of the individual's passing.
We can conduct this valuation in-house and provide a formal letter for your solicitor.
Insurance Valuation

Many contemporary insurance providers require an updated jewellery valuation, typically conducted by a registered valuer every 3 to 5 years. We recommend confirming your insurer's specific requirements or recommendations.
We work with the Birmingham Assay Office to offer their Safeguard Valuation Service. We highly recommend their services as they are recognized industry experts, equipped with the latest gemmological technology, and employ only registered valuers.
This service typically requires a processing time of approximately 3 to 4 weeks.
Price To Sell

As buyers and sellers of pre-owned jewellery, we can provide an immediate quotation for items we are interested in purchasing.
This valuation requires a physical inspection and weighing of the item before an offer can be made. ID will be required to sell.
