For your peace of mind, we use Swiss-made Renata batteries, which are recommended by the majority of high-end watch manufacturers for their reliability and performance.

Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the water resistance of your watch after the case back has been opened for a battery replacement. If maintaining water resistance is important to you, we offer the option to send your watch to our specialist workshop. There, the efficiency of the watch seals can be checked via a professional pressure test, and we can provide a report on whether its water resistance can be guaranteed.

Ensure your watch bracelet fits you just right with our professional link adjustment service. Whether your bracelet is too loose and sliding on your wrist or a little too snug for comfort, our experienced team can precisely add or remove links to achieve the perfect fit. This simple adjustment not only enhances the comfort and wearability of your watch but also contributes to its overall security and prevents unnecessary wear and tear. We charge £7 for link adjustments done inhouse.
